Simple Invoice

Privacy Policy

Simple Invoice (“the app”) is made by Eliyahu Voronov (“we”). This policy explains what the app stores, why, and the choices you have. In short: we only keep what you put into the app so it can work for you, we don't track you, and we never sell your data.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, used to sign you in. If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive an identifier from Apple and, the first time, the email Apple shares (which may be a private relay address).
• Your business profile: the business name, email, address, tax ID, payment details and logo you choose to enter.
• Your customers and invoices: customer names and contact details, invoice line items, amounts, dates, notes and status that you enter.

We don't collect your location, contacts, photos (other than a logo you pick), advertising identifiers or usage analytics, and we don't use your data to track you across apps or websites.

How we use it

Only to provide the app: to sign you in, store your invoices and customers, and create the invoice PDFs you share. Invoices are shared only when you choose to share them, using your device's share sheet.

Where it's stored

Your data is stored with Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage, hosted in the United States). Sign-in emails are sent through Resend. App updates are delivered through Expo, which does not receive your invoice data. These providers process data only on our behalf. Each account can only access its own data.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your profile, logo, customers and invoices. You can also email us to request deletion.

Children

The app is a business tool and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date above. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
